On April 28th, 2018,4:57 AM the copyright dispute with Toei Animation JP concluded. Unfortunately, it did not conclude in our favor, as Toei Animation, backed by the Youtube copyright system, has found that their claim is still withstanding Although the video was available previously to anyone in the United States, it has been now been globally taken down, and is unavailable to be viewed by anyone other than myself.

The only way to dispute this claim, at this point, is providing our personal information, and why we believe the content in question falls within fair use, in an attempt to submit another counter claim. However, doing so would be risky due to the fact that in that in the likely event that the dispute doesn't go through in this scenario, our channel would obtain a copyright strike, shutting down most features from our channel for a period of six months, which we can not afford to lose on our current schedule.

Copyright claims such as these are deadly on smaller channel such as ours, as, due to the fact we have a low sub count and are un-networked, we have no way to fight back against these claims, as well as nobody to represent us. Never before have we felt so powerless against the system, as, going forward, there is nothing that we can do in order to fight this abuse, as Youtube has clearly rigged the game for the control of the larger corporations that sponsor them, while making us guilty until proven innocent.

But what does this mean for our channel in the long run? This event means several things for the development of this channel going forward
1. The video in question will be taken down from our Youtube channel @ TheMaraudersNetwork on April 25th, 2018. 
2. The video in question will be re-uploaded to our Patreon / Dailymotion / Vimeo Channels, completed uncensored, re-edited, and ad free for an undetermined period of time.
3. Going forward,"reaction" archetype videos will be very limited. in production, as they have more of a likelyhood to create claim battles. Dragonball Z Videos, specifically, will not be released on our YOUTUBE channel due to the recent Toei Animation copyright claims.

On an unrelated subject, regarding the poll deciding whether 4K quality videos would be exclusive to those subscribed to our Patreon page, our team has opted for 4k videos to remain available to BOTH those subscribed to our Patreon page and other platforms. This is due to the already massive amount of perks given to Patrons subscribed at the one dollar level.
